  • Why do I need a membership?
    A membership is not required however is encouraged. The main perks of having membership is access to priority booking each month as well as receiving grandfather rates. As prices are raised, those with memberships are not affected as they are protected with lock in rates. Booking with Emerald is an exclusive opportunity.
  • What if I do not have a membership?
    If you do not have a membership, you are still able to book with limitations.
  • How can I cancel my membership?
    Please email stating you wish to cancel. Failure to cancel your membership prematurely will result in being unable to book with Emerald for the remainder of the calendar year.
  • How should I arrive to my appointment?
    Come with your hair freshly washed and blowdried. Failure to do so will result in a fee.
  • I'm here, where do I go?"
    When you arrive, use the middle or further right staircase. We are in suite 102. If you are still lost look for the palm trees. You may be greeted by our receptionist/dog, Misty. She is very vocal at times so do not be startled she is very friendly, she can show you the way!
  • Can I bring a guest?
    1-2 extra guest are welcomed to accompany you by hanging out or receive services by the other providers
  • What happens if I am late?
    Time is valuable. There is a 10 minute grace period. 11-15 minutes = $20 late fee. 16- 20 minutes = $25 late fee. 21-29 minutes = $30 late fee. 30 minutes = resceduling.
  • How do I pay for my service ?
    You will pay your balance in cash,apple pay or Zelle. Card payments will be charged a fee.
